Committee on Oil and Gas referral to the following:                            
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 547                                                            
"An Act relating to the manner of calculating the taxable value of            
oil and gas for purposes of levy and collection of the oil and gas             
properties production tax; and providing for an effective date."               
                                                                               
HB 547 is currently in the Finance Committee.
